Maximiliano Scheleff is a Chilean filmmaker and producer, who graduated as an Audiovisual Director from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.

As a producer, Maximiliano has worked on the narrative short film HOMBRE (by Juan Pablo Arias Muñoz), which won the award for Best Iberoamerican Short Film at the 40th Elche International Film Festival in Spain and the "Prix Courtoujours" at the 30th Cinélatino Rencontres de Toulouse in France, and the non-fiction series KULMAPU (season 1) and POR LA RAZÓN Y LA CIENCIA (season 3), both produced by 3 Tercios for CNNChile. He’s also worked as a Junior Executive Producer for Invercine & Wood, where he participated in the production of narrative series such as DIGNITY (2019) and the upcoming Amazon Studios Original, NEWS OF A KIDNAPPING.

He currently works as a Director and Executive Producer in Pajareza Films where he’s developing the narrative series A FILMMAKER’S DISAPPEARANCE and the feature films KARUKINKA, THE WIDOWS and THE SEA OF TRANQUILITY, among other projects. In 2021, his short film ON THE BEACH was selected as part of the National competition at SANFIC.
